Replacement gearbox housing for Feber Range Rover powerwheel. The originals are prone to broken gear housings, and replacements near impossible to find. Created this using measurements from the original, with clearances adjusted for 3D printing. Design could be printed with tons of supports, but I opted instead to split it along the center-plane of the main base plate (which is 2mm thick, so 1mm into the largest flat area). This reduces the supports to only a few small sections which are easy to remove and doesn't waste a ton of material. 3MF file includes project settings for my Prusa MK2.5S, including the split part already on the build plate. STL file is entire design part Designed in Fusion 360; if anyone needs that I can upload on request. Hope this helps someone else out. I couldn't find a model like this anywhere, and it was quite a bit of CAD work and trial & error printing to get it right. Running great now and a happy toddler is priceless!
