Printed these at a layer height of 0.2, oriented exactly as shown in the photo, without any supports necessary. You will need M5x30 long socket caps or button head fasteners to attach securely to the frame. Simply remove the original bolts and replace them with these new ones. Additionally, cut two pieces of M10 studding that are 725mm long, then secure them in place using eight M10 washers and nuts. Use an engineer's square to carefully align your Z axis with the Y framing, and you'll be ready to go!
