The hot end of the E 180 is a cartridge type that can be easily swapped out, but it's prohibitively expensive to simply throw away. By swapping in your standard hot end, you can use affordable nozzles and experiment with different sizes. In Level 1, we're using the stock 2510 fan, while Step 1 employs the layer fan nozzle as is. Note that a PID tune is mandatory, and you'll also need a 40mm longer Bowden tube. To get started, gather the following materials: two M3 x 20mm bolts, four M3 nuts, four M2.5 x 15mm bolts, two M2.5 x 25mm bolts, four M2.5 nuts, and a Hotend Kit for CR10.
