SPL files to produce 26, 27 and 28 tooth idler pulley's for GEEETECH G2 and G2s plastic version. All the hard work was done by others I used the configuration tool and OPEN SCAD to create the SPL files. Source here http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:16627 (no idea how to link as it is not found in a search which is limited to 6 results) 26 tooth is probably too thin while 28 tooth may cause the belt to bind on the head of the 3mm bolt that holds the metal U at top of the tower (will be trying a pan head rather than a cap head to provide more clearance). 27 tooth seems to be the best compromise. Print Settings Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.1mm Infill: 100% Notes: Will print a single layer across the bottom of the open part - provides stability to the part while printing. Remove with a knife when printed and cooled. Have printed in both PLA and ABS
