An enclosure for the power supply that shipped with my g2s. I include an image with the power supply screw hole dimension. If you want to make this case make sure you check these dimensions are correct first. Also, I include an image with the additional parts required for the build and some assembly steps. Safety note: If you have nylon m3 x 20, m3 x 10 and m3 nut, they'd make a safer alternative for attaching the fan and power plug. Either that or connecting the metal screws to earth terminal with earthing wire and loop crimps. The other screws pose little risk as they are enclosed in plastic. In the event of a mains wire getting loose, exposed, unearthed metal screws and nuts are not ideal and really should be earthed(chance they could become conductors for the mains wire if there's physical contact). If you can't be bothered to run earth to these metal parts (like me), it's best not to poke around at the back of the thing when it's plugged into the mains supply. A super lazy solution could be to put a crap load of hotglue over the exposed metal parts on the inside, maybe some liquid electrical tape(never used this stuff myself). However, if you use PLA things might get melted with hot glue. When I get time I might make a plastic clip solution for attaching the fan to the case without metal screws, will see how noisy and functional it is. I will post it if it's not horrible. Included in thing files is the .dwg from Autocad 2012. Print Settings Printer: g2s with repetier firmware Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 10% Notes: I printed these parts at 60mm/s with a flow rate of 120% at 220c hot end and 70c hotbed with white PLA (Real brand). It took around 500g of plastic to complete, minus one or two reprints Some of the parts need supports (everywhere setting, the parts with internal holes). It takes a long time to print all of the parts., Make sure your printer is not under extruding(watch for holes in the infill, turn up flow rate and/or temperature) or screw threads might end up weak. Perhaps turning up shell thickness with even less infill can have good results, but I haven't tried.
