The Geeetech i3 printer has a habit of loosing sync with the 2 Z axis steppers so here is my try at ganging them together. I used a G2GT-852 belt, a couple of 20 teeth idlers that have a ball race with a 3mm hole, and the driving pulleys are 2 x 40 teeth with an 8mm shaft hole. These adjusters keep the tension on the belt as well as holding it close to the frame. NOTE: Added a modified version2 set. I've not made these but they should give a bit more clearance between the belt and the frame. Files are at... https://www.tinkercad.com/things/gGFSCjT6vx4-geeetechi3topzbelt I am going to add the top bearings, in fact, they are printing right now. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1776244 Thanks to https://www.thingiverse.com/shawdreamer I'll post an updated picture when that is done. EDIT: They did not fit this machine so I came up with my own. There are lots around but I had a go at one myself. https://www.tinkercad.com/things/5aypFj0Bold-geeetechzbearingholder/edit It does seem my printer is not quite correct in the size it prints so I had to fiddle them a bit. The bearing holder needs to be flipped horizontally in the slicer for the other side. The next mod after these if the BL-Touch. https://www.antclabs.com/bltouch
