Geeetech i3 Pro C Dual Extruder X-axis width fix

Geeetech's own dual extruder upgrade for their i3 prusa printer keeps the standard single extruder printer dimensions. Each of the extruders is offset by 16mm from center. This limits the build volume to about 184mm wide when using a single extruder, and only 168mm wide using both extruders. My upgrade offsets the bottom and top Z-axis mounts out by 16mm in either direction. This restores the full 200mm wide build volume while using both extruders. The upper mounts have a larger hole for the threaded rod to reduce Z-axis wobble. I also had a problem with the X-axis travel being limited by the X-axis tensioner bolt. I designed a new tensioner mount outside of the Z-axis mount. This modification requires cutting a larger opening from the Z-axis mount for the belt. Taking Chris_Vanclercq's idea, I have also posted designs where the right-side Z-axis is offset by 26mm so that you can use the original X-axis tensioner. The 26mm mod has not been tested on my printer. In addition to these 3D printed parts, longer 8mm rods are needed for the X-axis (minimum 205mm length or 215mm length for the 26mm offset parts), as well as a 1m long GT2 belt. Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Geeetech Prusa i3 C Pro Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 30% honeycomb Notes: All STL files are oriented in the direction they should be printed. I typically print these parts with a 0.5mm nozzle, 2 shells, and 3 layers top/bottom. However, I have found in necessary to print the tensioner with 4 walls and 40% fill.
