I needed a simple fan mount with including 3d touch on the side. Made my own and does the job well. Make sure to adjust the nozzle - probe distance x/y in marlin. Mine is " #define X_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER 41 " " #define Y_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER -46 " Yours will probable around this. The right hole is to mount the fan to the carriage. The middle hole is for a short bolt to mount to the carriage. The left hole is for the fan + mount only. All made for m3 size.
