For levelling Geeetech Prusa i3. The front bracket folk is wider than the front&back bracket because of my machine use 2 acrylic plates on the front. All of the bracket's folk has wider opening for adding the bicycle inner tube as a shock absorber. You'll need 6x M6 nuts and bolts each, and bicycle inner tube (0.85 thick rubber, you can use something else if the thickness and material property is similar). The feet cap in the picture has rubber rings but these came off while I was levelling the bed. Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Prusa i3 Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 40 & 30% Notes: Support: need only for brackets. Infill: Cap-40%, brackets-30% Post-Printing Instruction This model's M6 bolt head and nut cut-out has tight tolerance. I recommend to use pressure fit method. Keep the nuts and bolts in a freezer. When parts are done printing, leave them on the bed (remove the support from the brackets), keep the bed heated. While the parts are still warm, push the frozen nuts and bolts into the cut-out. Assemble feet and brackets together, tighten the feet to lowest. Cut the bicycle inner tube in about 30 to 35mm wide. wrap the acrylic plate where you put the bracket on and slide it inside the bracket's folk (see the pic below). *When you level the machine, start adjusting only 4 feet, front and back. When they are levelled, adjust the 2 sides. You'll be pulling your hair out if you try to adjust all 6 feet at the same time.
