This part is a fan silencer for the power supply cooling fan of Geeetech Prusa I3 Aluminium 3D printer that I created for my own purpose. No extra parts needed. I needed to open the power supply to mount the silencer holder with the available screws. The noise is reduced a lot. I printed the holder and silencer separately for more flexibility. I did not add additional damping material between the holder and the silencer to suppress noise even more, because that is dangerous. Be very careful with any modification of the cooling of the power supply, to avoid that the power supply does not overheat. **Use at your own risk!** **This is a modification of the device that will affect warranty and might create harm to your device by overheating. Your device might be damaged. There is a fire hazard, if you make such modifications.** **We do not give any guarantees that the silencer works and you need to be an expert to understand what you do if you reduce the cooling with this device. If you are not an expert, we strongly recommend not to modify your device with a silencer.**
