Geeetech prusa i3 lcd mounts
thingiverse
A simple mount and spacer setup allows the LCD to be securely fastened in a location other than the crossmember of the i3 Pro B. I plan to use a laser-cut table enclosure, so I'll position the LCD outside on the front-top edge of the enclosure, screw-mounted for stability. The mount legs are attached using the same fixing technique used throughout the frame, where spare bolts and nuts from initial assembly come in handy. I've also included an additional design for a tilted mount, allowing users to position their LCD lower down than standard while still seeing the display clearly. Both designs feature a guide slot for the SD card, making insertion and removal much easier than the stock setup - no guessing required or straining around the side to see where the card needs to go. Ignore the thin bits visible in the STL images; they don't appear on printed parts after slicing and printing.
