I created this to gain some more z-height. There should be an extra of 30mm since the carriage wont hit the frame anymore. The version with the orignial bearing blocks is less because of the rear bearing hitting the frame at the angeled edges. The other version is for bronze bushings, wich run much smoother. I tried even Igus but they only got the right tolerances if they are pushed into a fitting. The extruder mount is designed to use a LED-heatsink, so no more jamming will happen on the Geeetech MK8 extruder. You can simply use the orignial rods. The spindle needs to be a trapedizional one with proper nuts (photo attached). May edit this part for your needs. If you use the original couplings on the z-motors, use the foots to lift the mashine. There is a inductive sensor mount right next to the nozzle. Make whatever you want with this. The fan shroud is a little bit buggy, you should touch this.
