I liked the design of seraphine (id: 1683307) but wished to have the switch fixed using M2.5 bolts and nuts, so I "edited" his design: the printed rods were removed and I edit the part to include captive nuts. The holes in the model are small enough, so you may not use nuts at all, in this case you may just use M2.5x12 bolts and carefully thread the PLA part with them. I made 2 reinforced version, because the first print tend to bend when the bed hit the switch. Choose the one you prefer ! To fix the switch I use two M2.5x14mm bolts, and associated nuts. I also included the data-sheet of the SS-5GL switch I used (those switches can be found for nuts on ebay). Of course, you will find the FreeCAD source file, feel free to edit or enhance it ! Print Settings Printer: Geeetech Prusa I3 Pro B Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 40 Notes: 20 minutes to print using PLA.
