GEM Single Edge Safety Razor "RAPTOR SE"

PLEASE NOTE: GEM style blades are specifically made for shaving. They are identical to the common single edge cutter blade you'll find at the hardware store. Hardware store blades are NOT for shaving. This is a GEM style SE razor appropriately named "RAPTOR SE". This SE razor was inspired by the iconic J A Henckels RAPIDE. It is very easy to maneuver, and its somewhat aggressive level provides a bss shave with little effort. It is very easy to print and doesn't need supports, but is does benefit from a well calibrated printer. For best results, print at 0.1mm layer height. The razor is NOT designed for resin printing since it requires some flex and pressure fitting. To load, insert blade from behind the head with handle halfway out and moving lever to the down position. Align side tabs on the razor head with notches on the blade and hold in place while tightening the handle. The lever will raise and apply pressure to the underside of the blade. It prints without supports. For best results, print at 0.1mm layer height. The tension lever can be easily installed using the handle to apply pressure to the pivot joint and press-fit in place (see illustration in picture gallery). Once installed, the lever should have a tight fit and not move about freely.
