GEMUENDINA.
sketchfab
Gemuendina stuertzi is a placoderm of the Rhenanida order, thriving in Early Devonian German seas. In its natural habitat, Gemuendina had a scaly ray appearance with an upturned head or a large-finned stargazer look. Unlike rays, both Gemuendina's eyes and nostrils were situated atop the head, positioned to face upward. Additionally, G. stuertzi's mouth was turned upwards, allowing it to capture prey swimming overhead instead of swallowing sediment or suctioning prey from the substrate like modern rays. The model is a completed mesh, ready for any subsequent use.
