One-piece body with integrated filament tensioner based on Gregs's Wade original. Redrawn in HeeksCad to make it easier to integrate with my other projects. This is easier to print and assemble than my earlier general purpose extruder and should be easier to use as well. Designed for use with a J-head hot end on an aluminium plate . Standard mounting hole spacing should work with any existing mount for Wade-type extruders. Use this is preferece to the earlier http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:50659 Instructions Print it out 2-3 shells and about 40% fill. Use with my 45/11 gear set or any other should work also. You need: 3 x 608 bearings 1 x 8mm rod 20mm long (or M8 rod works as well). 2 x M4 mounting bolts and nuts. 1 x hobbed bolt, washers and nuts. Clear out all the idler tensioner bolts and the filament hole with a 3.5mm drill. Clear out the mounting holes with a 4mm drill. Fit the idler 608 bearing without the 20mm axle rod. Gently prise the idler ope enough to slip the idler axle through the idler 608 bearing (the idler printed hinge is very flexible so shouldn't break). Fit the other two 608 bearings and hobbed bolt. Complete the extruder with your stepper motors and chosen gear set.
