This is first attempt to do a simple yet effective electricity generator for energy harvesting. Normally generators is quite large and use double of magnets to shift North/South over Inductors, but with this design the number of Magnets are reduced to one for each winding. Also due to no magnets are aligned close to each others opposite pole, stress on material is minimised. Pls note I use Ø 0.25mm wire and 50 windings on each coil. This gives an effective voltage of 2.5Vpp output. Load test give me 89mA output at 19ohm. For higher voltage use say Ø0.15mm wire and 75 - 100 windings. TurboCAD 3D file included so feel free to alter. Also pdf show how to align magnets and how to wind the coils.
