Update; Well I finally got it to print (changed too many things at once to tell what the problem was... Really need to stop doing that.) I suspect dropping the cubic fill was the key. Anyway, they fit nicely on Scouts! A little high for the cub. There are a few tweaks I will probably make (slightly thicker front tab, maybe some rounding on corners etc. I will say (after a few, Eh hem, "test" crashes) They held up remarkably well! So, I say give it a try and let me know what you think. --------------------------- Okay, This is VERY MUCH a work in progress! I started out designing for the Simple Scout, but I'm building Cubs now... I would have a build image (showing how it works on the aircraft, but I am having nagging issues with my latest printer loosing steps... (could be an over heating issue, Cura's combing setting (starting to hate Cura) the list goes on.) anyway as soon as I get a finished print I'll update. THEN maybe I'll get around to a couple custom builds once I verify the design is workable. The 1/4 prints (about as far as I've gotten before a missed step (or two) and spaghetti city) seem to work very nice and are very strong... Okay enough rambling, this is designed to use a short section (about 80-90mm, bent in the middle) of 1/16" (1.8mm?) wire as the axle. Also 2 pair of my other design is utilized to mount cheap Chinese foam wheels; https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2720205
