All this is is a merge between http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:31027 and http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:40479, so all credits to them! Instructions Print the two stl files. The case (iPhone4Geneva_r3.stl) should be printed at 1.01 scale or else it will not fit in the iphone (due to the model of the iPhone 4 case). If you want the openscad source (of the merge) download the zip file. You can apply the mask to any case you want! There was a file missing in the ZIP file but it's been corrected.
