# CNC dust shoe __This is installed on a Genmitsu CNC Router Machine PROVerXL 4030 - standard spindle__ It takes a 1-7/8" in. shopvac hose You can buy the dust brush in 1m length on Amazon. I recommend that you purchase the brush 1st, and measure the thickness of the backing to make any adjustments to the slot on the shoe before printing it. I just used hot glue to fasten it, but printed the slot to fit the brush I purchased. Any one of the brushes will vary in thickness to some degree, and the dust shoe slot should not be so tight that you cannot simply push the brush into the slot. Don't use anything other than hot glue for adhesive. The brush is something that you want to be able to be ripped out easily, if it happens to get snagged on something or needing replaced.
