This model is cut into 22 pieces to fit in my Ender 3 with platform size of 200mm x 200mm x 200mm. All the pieces come with flat face that can lay on the print bed easily. However, if you want to reduce the amount of "staircase" artifacts on the surface, you can orient them in upward position. But this will result in plenty of support needed and longer printing time. There is a picture with all the pieces label to their file names in the preview section where you can refer to. I do include an uncut version just in case you want to cut it yourself. There is tunnel with 5mm diameter punch on the model for alignment and installation purpose. If you can't find anything to use for alignment, you can print the "peg4.5" file included. It is a cylinder with 4.5mm in diameter. Please be cautious when removing the support from the tunnel as it is quite close to the surface. If you are not good in removing support, you can use those tunnel as guide and drill your own tunnel on it. Once printed, glue pieces a and b back to back using superglue or other suitable adhesive together to form a part. Repeat the same for the other pairs and join all the parts together after that. For scaling, please use the same scale for all the pieces, including the "peg" if you are using it. Cheers and Happy Printing!
