We tried our hands on a Geodesic Sphere in a Sphere model! The model was generated using Hemesh library with Processing model. Manual supports were created to prevent the printed part from moving during printing. This is the final version after a couple of failed attempts! Instructions We printed this using a Makerbot Replicator 2 at 0.2 mm (medium settings from makerware).
