i noticed the angle was not right when i printed this.. geordi,s visor is slightly thicker at the front then taper down slightly as it goes back, this mean your "rods" will be slightly longer at the front of the visor, getting slightly shorter as you go back towards rear . ( maybe about 6mm difference between the shortest and the tallest. it was also a little tight so i increased its width by 5mm ( of course you can change that in your slicer on the x axis) or you can tinker away, https://www.tinkercad.com/things/jlQfipv5eMf-visor-2-angle-bottom/edit
