This is my FPV Ghetto Station - a groundstation box for an adjustable 7" monitor from ebay, connected to the ImmersionRC duo 5800 FPV VRx receiver that makes a tidy, all mounted on one unit. Of course there is a M6 nut in the bottom of the box, to mount it to any universal photo stativ. There is a 30,5 x 30,5 mm hole pattern on the back side, with an additionally XT60 hole, where the matek PDB with the direct soldered XT60 plug fits in there, to give a 12V source to the monitor and the VRx. So you can plug in a 3-4S Lipo and power the monitor and the VRx from it. Attention, I've used 2 older PDB's which were laying around, because the amp draw for both units are quite high. So I have one PDB for each the monitor and the VRx. Just make a simple stack with some stand-off's The box is quite spacious that all the cables fit inside, without shortening them. After printing the VRx-holder I figured out, that the clips I've designed to actually hold the VRx immediately broke off on first attempt of clamping the VRx in. but that's no problem, because the leftovers from the clips are still centering the VRx and the top-cover holds in completely in place, that the VRx can't move anywhere. So I've decided not to invent there something new. If the clips are holding on for you, fine. If not, same no drama, it will work though, as long as they not braking off completely. Probably I will do a short video review and upload that here later as well, to explain the assembly of it all a bit. I've uploaded a step file and the original FreeCad file of it all, so that someone can probably diversify it easily, to probably add a switch or use it for 1G3 and add an aditional 5G8 VTx forwarder or something ... Have fun with it! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8wxHl-_1HSM
