Adapted for Adafruit 1.27" OLED by making the display opening smaller and less tilted. Changed arms for 5mm NeoPixels. Included small amp for louder beep and changed the knob a bit. Arduino code is included as is. On the back I made the speaker part a bit thicker and the hole for the charging port a bit larger.
