I started with Doctor_Merkury's design and made significant changes. The main body of the turret and the wheels did not change much, but everything else was almost totally custom. The guns are now in multiple parts to print in different colors like the original. The chassis can also pivot if you carefully glue the pivot pin to the turret, but not the chassis pieces. The wheels and outer guns can be glued similarly (glue only to wheels or guns, not to the chassis or turret), or screws / threaded-rod can be used to eliminate the glue for those parts. The final product came out a little larger than scale, but I think it works. Nearly all of these parts were printed with supports.
