I took David Courtier's OSS-117 from GrabCad (https://grabcad.com/library/lego-oss-117-1) and converted it to STL files. I had to do a lot of screen captures and convert them to SVG and then import them into Tinkercad. In the end, it should be a fun figure to add to your Giant Lego collection. As for the Hair, I suggest using the same hair I used for Robin. This is just the Hips, Body and Head. The rest of the parts are the standard Giant Lego parts. Enjoy! Latest Update: I added the Giant Lego Debonair Hair (as I call it) which was resized and slightly blanked out to fit on a Giant Lego Head. It is the awesome look I wanted. It came from the hair of "fig figurine body man V3" on Tinkercad by Romain Duchemin (https://www.tinkercad.com/things/0kS1dn7xSZJ-fig-figurine-body-man-v3). The OSS-117 Body style came from GrabCad (https://grabcad.com/library/lego-oss-117-1) David Courtier's Lego OSS 117 which I had to do about 6 hours to retool it to the Giant Lego Body style I use from Thingiverse. I only kept the face (rewrapped on a blank head) and the Body (Top layer cut off, recolored, screen-captured, converted to a SVG and then imported it into Tinkercad where it was overlayed onto the standard Giant Lego Body). I duplicated the effect of the Hips from David's model by inserted a rectangle as a belt buckle. I ditched the crumpled legs and his hair as it did not look as good at 400%. The standard Giant Lego Arms were utilized as well as the Giant Lego Hands.
