Gift cards can be a bit of a presentation let-down in a gift, so why not make them fight for it. A remix to fine-tune the shape and size to perfectly contain a gift card. But otherwise another rendition of the centrifugal nail box puzzle. The legs on the blocks are designed to both correctly position them and create the gap for the card underneath. Both sets of legs point toward the base, but each block has a different flat side. The flat side of the lid block glues directly to the lid. The nails for the lid need to be aligned with the notches in the base. The notches in the base are to give clearance for the lid nails to slide their full travel. You will need to size four nails to about 45-50mm. I just used a grinder.
