<p>This clip is intended to be attached to both the top and bottom tiers of this <a href="https://www.target.com/p/3-tier-metal-utility-cart-made-by-design-153/-/A-53314604">3-tier Metal Utility Cart by Made By Design</a> so you can have up to 4 small to medium sized rolls of gift wrap attached to your cart.</p><p>I recommend printing it twice for both top and bottom tiers to help keep the wrapping paper stable, but you can technically get by with printing it once and resting the bottom of the gift wrapping paper tubes on the bottom of the cart.</p><p>You can also put two of these side by side so that your cart can hold up to 8 small to medium sized rolls of gift wrap.</p><p>Diameter of the opening is 44mm for those of you that want to check to make sure your rolls will fit first. There is room for it to flex a bit for what it's worth and I have one oversized and one undersized roll currently in there. The opening in front is about 31mm so if your rolls are smaller than that in diameter, they'll likely fall out.</p><p>Note the clip mechanism is designed to be pretty tight and fit the 4-5mm diameter of the metal roll that tops each shelf, so if you have a different cart, this might work, but I haven't tried so let me know if you do!</p><h3>Print Settings</h3><p><strong>Printer Brand: </strong>Prusa</p><p><strong>Printer: </strong>I3 MK3S</p><p><strong>Rafts: </strong>No</p><p><strong>Supports: </strong>No</p><p><strong>Resolution: </strong>0.3mm</p><p><strong>Infill: </strong>10%</p><p><strong>Notes: </strong></p><p>I printed this a few times without issues, but if you have issues, you can try adding a simple brim to keep the front tips really glued down to the build plate during print.</p><h3>How I Designed This</h3><p>I used Fusion 360 to design this by measuring both the lips of the shelves on my cart, the diameter of my 3 rolls of gift wrap, and then a bit of trial and error on the clip mechanism to make it snap on but still have a bit of play.</p>
