This thing is used to hold my USB-A breakout board to the inside of a case allowing you to run a cable to your internal circuits. The PCB is available at OshPark. Print Settings Printer: Custom Linear Delta Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 Infill: None How I Designed This This design came about as part of a Lab Variable 0-30V 0-3A Power Supply I am designing in which I needed two standard USB ports exposed to the user. A Front panel USB socket for charging or powering standard USB devices and a rear USB socket for PC interfacing and Firmware upgrades. Since the design is modular and the layout would not allow me to put both ports on the internal PCB's, I needed a way to securely position the PCB ports and make sure they are strong enough for repeated user torture. I saw a similar design on a commercial device I tore down a couple of years ago and set out to design my own.
