Gingerbread House

My mom's been cutting out hundreds of gingerbread house pieces for years using just cardboard blanks and a knife. This year she's going to be able to use cookie cutters. You need to make two cookies from each piece to assemble a complete house. I'll get the recipes for the gingerbread and the I have included versions without supports (mine kept curling pretty bad) as well as a thicker-walled version as the 0.5mm walls were quite flimsy. If your dough is really dense I would recommend the the thicker walls. This thing was made with Tinkercad.
