Girl Skateboards bobble head

A Bobble head base on the "tell your girl to stop paging me" t-shirts designed by Girl Skateboards. This has no functional purpose other than to serve as a bobble head. This bobble head was created using a CNC laser cutter and an Egg-Bot printer. Machines used: Epilog 40watt Laser Cutter Egg-Bot Supplies used: Wood Board Ping-Pong Ball Apoxie Pen Spring Instructions Download file "GIRL egg.svg" and open in inkscape. In inkscape connect to Egg-Bot. Place ping-pong ball in Egg-Bot and callibrate with Sharpie marker. Print. Download file "Girl cut.ai" or .svg and open in program of chocie. Send file to laser cutter. Cut Download file "mount-tell_your_girl_to_stop_paging_me.ai" or .svg and open in program of chocie. Send file to laser cutter. Cut Cut pen spring in half and prep for glueing. Place printed ping-pong ball in clamp. Apply apoxie to bottom of ball and adhere the spring. Let dry. Apply apoxie to top of Girl Cut figure and adhere the spring Let dry. Apply apoxie to slots cut in the mounting peice and insert Girl figure. Let dry. Enjoy.
