<h4>GIRO - 608 Ball Bearing Y-Axis Idler</h4><h4>General</h4><p>This idler was designed to be mounted on the Y-Axis of the TEVO Tarantula and uses 608 ball bearings. This idler is also usable for other printers with a 4020 extrusion profile as an axis. Please let me know if there are other printers where this idler also works. This Idler may be used with the stock Y-Axis carriage or other Y-Axis carriages by Mackers, Taralu or other manufacturers.</p><p>This Y-Axis idler is an addition to my designed 626 ball bearing X-Axis idler which is called <a href="https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3432676">GIRO - TEVO Tarantula / 626 Ball Bearing X-Axis Idler</a>.</p><p>You will need additional screws, nuts and washers for the mounting of the idler. The needed parts are mentioned below.</p><p><strong>Additional screws, nuts and washers</strong></p><ul><li>2x M3x35</li><li>4x M3 Washer</li><li>2x M3 Nut</li><li>6x M4x10 screw</li><li>12x M4 Washer</li><li>1x M5x35</li><li>2x M5 Washers</li><li>1x M5 Nut</li><li>2x 626 Ball Bearing</li><li>Printing</li></ul><p>I would recommend to use 2 or more perimeters. Print with a lower speed, for example 30 mm/s, to get a more accurate printing. I recommend to print the idler with at least 50% Infill for the bracket and 100% infill for the pulley and pulley insertion.</p><h4>Additional Information</h4><p>Let me know if there are any kind of problems with the idler.
