This is a stem mount for Garmin Edge devices. I designed this item especially for my Garmin Edge 520 but as my researches show the lock mechanism is basically the same for all Edge devices. ... took me 13 iterations for the insert to give it a quite good "clicky" feel (but still I am not totally satisfied yet, so thing might be updated in the future). UPDATE v2; 05/09/17 After some test-mounting and riding I wasn't satisfied at all, neither with the top cap nor with the insert. The top cap showed deformation due to the tightening torque of the screw which lead to a poor fit of the insert, caused by my design approach to make it as small and thin as possible. The insert lost it's clicky feel quite fast due to the abrasion of the noses which hold the garmin in place. So I did a re-design. The top cap has now a increased diameter and wall thickness, risk of derformation is now minimised. The insert got two additional noses which fit into the half-rounded cutout at the garmin. Clicky feel could be improved a whole through this step. If you have any comments or suggestions, let me know and share your makes!
