Glacier Bay Kitchen Sink Button Replacement

Glacier Bay Kitchen Sink Button Replacement

I've got a kitchen sink I bought from Home Depot ( http://tinyurl.com/oyklsha ), and the sink sprayer mode button was a terrible design. After a couple of weeks of use - it broke apart. I was left with a hole in the sprayer head ringed with sharp edges protecting the mode switch. Failing to find the parts to repair, and not wanting to replace the entire spray head to fix one small broken part, I cracked open Fusion 360, and took a stab. This part is more complex than my average design, and I needed to print it with support. But imagine my surprise when at first attempt - it worked. The wife hates it, and it's ugly - but it's ugly functional, and I'm cool with that. One day I'll redesign it, or maybe one of you will, and I'll use yours. either way - enjoy. Print Settings Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Yes Resolution: .2 Infill: 70% Notes: I printed it from PLA (because it's what I had loaded), and with a hefty infill. YMMV.
