Rather it adapts the solid connection to a different type of hanging need -- heavy cylindrical tools like a crowbar. Pictured here in PETG, this is a very solid way to hang your heavy items. The hole is 30MM (1.181 inches) which should fit your mid-size crow-bar or other heavy item. Measure the widest part of the pole which is often at the bottom in the pry area. Mounts to the Gladiator Geartrack system.
