Glass Bed Holder for Mendel90

This is a two piece glass bed holder designed specifically for the Mendel90. I wanted a nice way of storing spare glass bed sheets, and I incorporated my design into existing fixture holes on the Mendel90. This glass bed holder ties directly into the existing 4 holes on the side of the gantry that are for optional bed fan. I do not use the bed fan on my printer, so I chose to take advantage of these already-drilled holes. This glass bed holder is designed to hold 3X .125" (3.175mm) thick glass sheets at the standard glass bed sheet size. It can also hold the 2mm thick glass sheet that came with the Mendel90 kit from Nophead. The design is composed of two pieces (for print simplicity) and is held together by 3X M4x16mm screws (I had spares of these from my kit). The design is held to the gantry by using the existing M4 screws that were present for the fan shield.
