I have a display case that I picked up second hand from a store that went out of business when the owner retired. I use it for my mineral displays. The glass doors had been in storage for years. I guess they never used them at the store. When I put the doors in, I noticed the glass sliding doors were wobbly at the top and they would bang loudly against the rails and each other. I guess thats why they avoided using them. After lots of research, I found reference to clips for the sliding doors on some website. That made some sense to have the clips protect the glass and quiet the slide. I couldn't figure out how to purchase any since I wasn't wholesale so I made my own. They work well for me, I hope if you need them you'll find some use from them. The OBJ file is from tinker cad and you should be able to use that to make any adjustments if you need for glass thickness, etc. Instructions measure your glass thickness and channel thickness, these are currently about 11MM wide for a 7MM glass. (leaves about 2 mm all around for protection) Print them out and clip over the edge of your glass so that it slides into along the tracks easier and without loud banging sides. I used the orange PLA because that's what I got right now.
