What if your IKEA KALAS glasses http://www.ikea.com/it/it/catalog/products/10096907 always spill down? This is my solution. I included the original Blender file and an STL version. Instructions Printed using RepRapPro Huxley and PLA (nozzle_diameter = 0.5, filament_diameter = 1.75) Sliced in Slic3r. It printed well (see images) using: layer_height = 0.3 perimeters = 2 solid_layers = 2 fill_density = 0.3 perimeter_speed = 50 infill_speed = 50 I also tried reducing layer height (-33%) and increasing speed (+33%) to get the same printing time (about 50 min) and the quality is a little better: layer_height = 0.2 perimeters = 2 solid_layers = 2 fill_density = 0.3 perimeter_speed = 75 infill_speed = 75
