Glass Plate Bracket (Replicator1)

A glass-plate mounting system is in development, stemming from a group buy organized on the MBO Google Groups. Upcoming improvements comprise captive springs. For printing, use two shells and 10% infill; require 1.25x.3x.032 wire (McMaster Carr) for two springs. Note that the plate 'plunger' is printed upside down. Installation necessitates powering down the machine, removing HBP, unscrewing bolts attaching aluminum plate to HBP, passing screws through bracket, reattaching bolts (loosening 1/2 turn after finger tight for plate expansion), and installing plunger with springs. A 'Z-axis trick' clip of at least .4" is required to accommodate glass height plus an additional .1".
