As a specification in a design for a Glass Bridge (see SketchUp figures) that will be build at the Campus of the University of Technologie Delft. This bridge will be supported by glass/steel hybrid struts. Steel in the inside to take tension forces an glass to take compressive forces. The connection is hinging and therefore there are no bending moments which glass can not take. The struts are produced and tested by us third year students.
