Glassbed Corner Brackets for FlashForge Dreamer for 3mm Plates

<p>All found models of brackets for FIashForge Dreamer for 3mm glass plates did not fit on my device.</p><p>Because the print bed of the Dreamer is wider than the <a href="http://tinyurl.com/he4vune">230mmx150mm glass plates</a> the plates were not fixed safe on the bed and shifted around. The most of the found brackets were also too high.</p><p>So I made my own based on the idea of <a href="http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:965872">ADesigns</a>.</p><p>Because the size difference of the plate to the print bed is higher in the depth than in the wide the brackets must be asymmetric.</p><p>The wider side (with the skewed corner) comes on the longer side of the bed (X-direction), the side without skew comes on the shorter side (Y-direction).</p><p>As to see in the photo now the brackets fit perfect for the plate.</p><h3>Print Settings</h3><p><strong>Printer:</strong></p><p>FIashForge Dreamer</p><p><strong>Rafts:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>Doesn't Matter</p><p><strong>Supports:</strong></p><p>Yes</p><p><strong>Resolution:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>0,1</p><p><strong>Infill:</strong></p><p>75%</p><p><br>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Notes:</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Use ABS because of the high environment temperature.<br>A high infill percentage increases the stability against deformation.
