This is a magazine limiter for a Glock 19 style magazine. It limits the mag to only allow 5 rounds. To install the limiter you need to remove the base plate of the magazine and remove the small piece of plastic from in between the base plate and magazine spring and insert the limiter through the middle of the spring and then replace the base plate
