Update 2: It was pointed out to me that I did not include the individual enemy numbers in this collection. To rectify this, I have added two files. They are in ".studio" format, for those who have access to a Silhouette Cameo electronic cutting machine, and "PDF" format, for those that don't. Both of these are set up in A4 format. Print either of these files on a full sheet of label paper, and either cut them out using the Cameo machine, or score them by hand (using a metal straight edge, and sharp knife). I believe there are enough labels here for a complete set of these miniatures, and extras to cover the miniatures found in the Forgotten Circles expansion. End of Update 2 Update: the +10 HP ring has been added to this collection, as well as a revised version of the dial ring, to accommodate it. I have removed the file for the older dial ring. As my printer is currently out of action, I have not been able to test-print these two things, but they are variations on things I have made in the past, so they should be fine. If there are any issues, please let me know. End of Update This is a collection of all non-Boss enemies for the board game Gloomhaven. Each miniature has been mounted on a three-part base, inspired by other designs, which incorporates an HP dial, and three raised areas to mark the miniature number (1-2, 1-4, 1-6, or 1-10, as the case may be). This removes the need to keep track of HP for each enemy, elsewhere, and fixes the issue of identifying different enemies of the same type on the board. The Thing names indicates how many of each you should print, for a full set of miniatures, as per the game (for example, "Bandit Guard 6" means you should print six copies of this Thing). With regard to the bases, you do not need to print the top base on its own - it is included on each miniature. I have included it, in case you want to add different creature designs to this system. I would suggest printing 34 copies of both the bottom and middle parts, broken down as follows:

16 in white, for Normal enemies;

8 in yellow, for Elite enemies;

2 in black (or red) for Boss enemies (not covered in this collection); and

8 in green, for Summoned enemies.

You may want to print 16 green for Summoned enemies, to match the number of white bases, but I have found eight to be sufficient, when using other base solutions. Personally, I would print all of these in white, or transparent, filament, and colour them in with sharpies (for FDM printing), or painting them (for SLA/ DLP printing, where you cannot set an ink to colour them). The top part of the bases should be quick to assemble and disassemble from the bottom, so you can set up miniatures on the go. The fourth disc is used to represent 10 HP. So, for example, if an enemy has 24 HP, you would set the dial to "4". and put two discs under the base, for a total of 24 HP. When HP drops below twenty, remove one disc, and so on. I would suggest printing approximately 20 of these rings - you may need more, the more difficult your enemies are - and making them red, to represent HP. I hope you have fun printing a whole bunch of miniatures for your game! PLEASE NOTE: all three parts of the bases can be printed with FDM printers. Also, I know some of the miniatures are also suited for FDM printing. However, I would suggest that, for best results, everything here would be best printed with SLA, or DLP printers. I have backed the HD Sparkmaker on KickStarter, for the express purpose of printing these miniatures. I sought and received permission from the six creators of all the “parent” Things, to use their Things in this collection. Also, I have done my best to include all original Things in the list of Remixes. If I have missed something, please advise me, and I will correct this ASAP. If you do not want your Thing as part of this collection, please advise me, and I will remove it, and try to include an alternate Thing for the missing model.
