I purchased 1/8" / 3mm wood from Etsy and it came back much closer to 9/64" or 3.57mm. The pieces would not fit on the original design so I manually updated all the SVGs to have the additional clearance required by the thicker board. Operation order: 1. Trace \ engrave \ score the green lines 2. Cut the red lines (changed from yellow in the original design) 3. Cut the black lines
