"Glorious Troll - Epic Device" - a print for jerks

Recently a friend wanted a challenging print to make fun of someone's DIY RepRap. So we hatched a plan to design an object which pushes my Makerbot Replicator 2 nearly to it's limits, looks cool while doing it, vaguely demonstrates interesting mechanical engineering possibilities with the material, and also makes fun of ABS users. We have set it as a challenge. Anyone want to take it up? Instructions I printed this on a replicator 2 at standard resolution, with the extruder temperature set to 220°C instead of the usual 230°C - this lower temperature makes the overhangs slightly cleaner, but more importantly makes the print stick not so great to the acrylic build platform - without the lower temperature, it is damned near impossible to pry the inner base of the print off the platform without snapping the internal cylindrical rod. At high resolution, it looks incredible, but the printer will leave tiny stringy bits inside the shape, which will be annoying to clean out.
