I recommend using 0 top and bottom solid layers and 100% infill with an aligned rectangular fill pattern. To ensure the finest detail I used variable layer height.The generated lithophane has a square-shaped surface. I use the negative volume to trim the edges and also to drill a hole for mounting. You can easily edit them in the attached .3mf file.
