I needed a holder for my Freestyle glucometer where I could simply insert a probe stick into the meter, take a blood sugar reading without opening the container and causing a mess (especially in the morning). I'm not skilled in designing hinges, but I decided to give it a try with this project being my first attempt. To keep the case closed, I added a small hole for a magnet. Along the axis of the hinge, I used a tiny piece of filament.
