Glue Caddy

Glue Caddy

Just a Glue Caddy. About as big as i could fit on my Ender 3 pro. 40mm circles, 40 mm and 50mm CA and Gorilla Glue/Foam Tac shapes.

3mm bolts self tap and hold the top to the base (as printed on my Ender 3 Pro). A drop of gorilla glue will make sure, if they are a little loose.

I print the the Top and Handle together, then i print the base by itself. The handle does have a flat side, make sure that is on the build surface.

I did print a couple of the bases using a .32 layer height, and 100mm speed, with 2 top and bottom layers. This reduced the base print time from 7 hrs to about 4 hours. Quality was decent.

The handle just slides up in to the top, and snaps in place. A drop of glue if needed.

EDIT: I uploaded a new design for the top, labeled GlueCaddyTop3b. It is 1 mm thicker with some supports. This one has more strength, which I think it needed.

Print Settings

Printer Brand:

Creality

Printer:

Ender 3 Pro

Rafts:

No

Supports:

No

Resolution:

.2

Infill:

20%

Filament: Overture PLA Red, Black

Category: Tool Holders & Boxes
