Glue Scrappings Box
thingiverse
This thing was designed using Tinkercad, accessible online at https://www.tinkercad.com/things/9QqbmGLmck9. I created a customized box for my glue scraps. To remove the glue from my Borosilicate glass, I use a razor blade. Glue builds up quickly! My preferred adhesive is Elmer's glue stick (the washable type). I find that applying thick layers produces excellent adhesion. After every print, I scrape off the glue. I can complete multiple prints and scrape the glass clean after each one without needing to wash the glue away. Now, I can collect the glue scraps directly in this box! Print Settings: Printer: MAKERFRONT i3PRO-XL Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 20% Notes: I printed mine in ABS because it will be exposed to water. To give it a more refined look, I used acetone smoothing and added detail with paint for the letters. This box is perfect for catching glue scraps that I remove using a razor blade. You can choose any color you like.
